If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your plant within 30 days of receiving it, simply reach out to our customer service team. Whether your plant arrived in less-than-perfect condition or you're just not in love with it, we’ll arrange for a replacement, if we cannot send the same plant, our team will work exhausted to send something similar.
We’re here to ensure you enjoy the full experience of bringing nature indoors, and we’ll make it right if things don’t go as expected. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We understand that plant health is essential for long-term growth and your satisfaction. That’s why we stand behind our plants with a 100% Pest & Disease-Free Guarantee at the time of delivery. If you receive a plant that shows signs of pests or disease upon arrival, simply notify us within 1 - 2 days with photos, and we will gladly provide a replacement.

Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or credits for plants that fail due to factors outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Lack of proper watering or overwatering
Planting in unsuitable soil or location
Extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, frost, drought, storms, etc.)
Damage from animals, pests, or neglect
Any other human or environmental factors after delivery
We encourage all customers to carefully follow our planting and care guidelines to give their plants the best chance to thrive. Our guarantee applies only to plants upon arrival, ensuring they are healthy and pest- and disease-free at the time of delivery.

Please allow us 2-5 days to complete your delivery. If you still haven't your plants after that, please contact support@twentyoneplants.com for better information.

Refunds will be case-by-case, we will evaluate each case to determine if refund is the best option.
Since we are dealing with live plants, our experts will determinate if the case qualify for a refund.
