If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your plant within 30 days of receiving it, simply reach out to our customer service team. Whether your plant arrived in less-than-perfect condition or you're just not in love with it, we’ll arrange for a replacement, if we cannot send the same plant, our team will work exhausted to send something similar.
We’re here to ensure you enjoy the full experience of bringing nature indoors, and we’ll make it right if things don’t go as expected. Your satisfaction is our priority

Please follow these steps:
Take pictures!! Please take pictures of everything that you believe is not right.
Send the pictures and the order number to the following email returs@twentyoneplants.com
Delay shipping? Where is my package?
Please allow us 2-5 days to complete your delivery. If you still haven't your plants after that, please contact support@twentyoneplants.com for better information.
Refunds
Refunds will be case-by-case, we will evaluate each case to determine if refund is the best option.
Since we are dealing with live plants, our experts will determinate if the case qualify for a refund.
